Are the courses self-paced, or do they have specific start and end dates?
All existing courses are self-paced, meaning you are able to start, progress, and stop at a pace that works for your schedule and learning needs. Once you subscribe, they are available to access 24/7.
Is there a limit to the number of courses I can take simultaneously?
There is no limit on the amount of courses you may enroll in simultaneously.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no cancellation fee for cancelling your subscription, and you may cancel any time.
Are there certificates of completion or accreditation for the courses?
Each course comes with a certificate upon completion with your name, the course name, and the number of credits earned for the course. Learners will need to pass their quizzes with a score of at least 75% in order to access their certificate.
Is there a community or forum for students to interact with each other?
Each course closes with a “Discussion Question” where learners will be able to see and react to other learners comments about the question, and will be asked to include their own responses in the discussion thread.
Can I access the courses on any device?
The courses are compatible across all different devices, and will be formatted for optimal compatibility.
What happens if I face technical issues while accessing the courses? Is there technical support?
Support staff are available for assistance during 9-4 PT business hours, Monday-Friday.
Do I retain access to the course materials after my subscription ends?
You may download your certificates any time during your subscription period, but you will not be able to log back into courses once your subscription ends.
